Sometimes you just want someone to sit with you and listen.

 

You want to feel like someone understands you, that you’re not alone in whatever you’re going through. Maybe you feel like there is no one that you can talk to in confidence that won’t judge you for having the thoughts or feelings that you’re having or try to tell you exactly what you should be doing. You just want to feel heard, to have someone to listen to you without worrying about censoring what you say. You just want to be real and transparent, taking off that mask you’ve been wearing for far too long because it’s SO exhausting.

Yeah, you. The real you. The one feeling angry, or scared, or anxious, or sad, or insecure, or unworthy, or somehow less than. I see you! I know you’re doing the best you can and I can challenge you to do even better, because I believe in you.
